My throat & neck has been hurting for a couple of weeks, more as the day goes on, less when I wake up? - neck pain gets worse as day goes on

It feels like the center of the throat, "Apple" (Adam) is the pain constant or building at any time and when I breathe deep into my throat very dry vote only a relief to swallow liquid. This pain is a remarkable morning, but during the day, it is very sensitive and painful.

Even before the muscles around the neck, including what is felt directly in or on my Adam's apple seems to be tense or swollen or restricted. Even my neck on the sides and the front just feels weak and light all the time, as they have had ... simply can not. This takes place over several weeks and it all started with just a sharp pain on the left side of my neck, my ear.

E nHe had strep, so I do not know whether it or not, but when I hit the back of the neck, I see nothing wrong, except maybe a little red.

All comments / suggestions / theories? I am 26 and have never smoked anything in my life ... I am relatively healthy, that's not desirable, can be a weight.

Compounding the situation is that I am a bad tooth on the rear right side of my lower jaw is the cause of my right ear hurt. So it's a bit difficult, the symptoms, which in my neck and what happens to differ with my teeth.
