What should you wear in a sauna? - sauna problems
I joined a gym and have a (there are dry) sauna, but I've never been in one. I'm not sure what to wear, how you sweat a lot, but if more than one person can come who are not seen. If need be wrapped only in a towel?
And I have a problem with dry skin. So, I'm not sure if it is a sauna for me or good.

When I was in the sauna in a YMCA, I would use my clothes and then lay down on a towel ... Some women are naked, some in underwear, some wear bathing suits (usually if the gym has a swimming pool.) But what is comfortable clothes and get to see what other women wear.
so dry, my skin is very dry - but the boy has sauna feel good, right? I carry myself with a lotion (not the bottle the whole time you're there when they wrapped in a towel or something), and clean myself with lotion in the sauna.
