I'm only 35 and I'm starting to get a hunch-back? - stress and osteoporosis
Osteoporosis in my family. My great grandmother was 5'7 "when I was younger. If it happened, he was only 5'1". He had a hunch much in the foreground.
My grandmother had a little trouble vertebral fractures due to osteoporosis.
I had a bad position for life. When I sit or stand on the right try to make it really hurts.
Apart from calcium and a better attitude, there's nothing I can do to fix this problem?

You can try to go to a hospital medical marijuana to relieve pain. The only side effect is high. But only if you think it is a long time. For about 20 minutes. Then you can just sit without pain.
