Stright from Paula Deen and this is our favorite peanut butter cookie. Try by ice between the two for a sandwich with ice cream ... mmmmmmmmm

1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 whole egg

Believe it or not, that's all you need. Add anything else!
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes

Mix It Up, and I like to leave the loop in a ball of sugar, so that almost perfectly round.

Cookie Pizza

1 tube of refrigerated cookie dough
Strawberry Jam
Chocolate or white bark
Fruit roll-ups

1. Extending through the tube of cookie dough like a pizza place round on a baking sheet. Bake at time and temperature on the packaging.
2. Something cool, but not the whole way. Spread the jam over the pizza sauce.
3. Grate the white chocolate in it, like cheese.
4. Cut the red fruit roll-ups for "Paprika" and the use of a green fruit roll-ups for "green peppers, etc.
