Sesame Oil Wholesale Is There Any Specific Health Benefits To Using Toasted Sesame Oil?

Is there any specific health benefits to using toasted sesame oil? - sesame oil wholesale

I would like to add sesame oil and brown rice with steamed vegetables - like a bowl of vegetarian bento. The oil gives great flavor and no need to use too much because it is very tasty.

My question is - it's healthy sesame oil? If it is saturated, unsaturated, or another type of fat? All Omega-3?

Thank you!

high content of sesame oil (41%), poly-unsaturated fatty acids (omega-6 fatty acids).
It has been suggested that due to the presence of high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids, sesame oil, can help control blood pressure. It could help in the kitchen rather than other edible oils that are used to lower blood pressure and thus the amount of medication needed to control hypertension.

Modern medical research has shown that consumption of sesame oil reduces cholesterol and is the heart and kidneys of advantage. Sesame oil is one of the few oils for use with oil is recommended

I know it is better for you than vegetable oil, but the difference between olive oil and I have no idea. I tend to use olive oil for everything. I also like nuts when you cook. I know that some oils go rancid when heated too high.

Hope this helps a little.
