One of the most common forms of acne treatment is the use of retinoids. Retinoids are vitamin A substances from which attempts to cure acne through standardization lifecycle of follicle cells to derive. There are two types of such substances, based on application: external (topical) and oral. The best known external retinoids are Retin-A, Differin and Tazorac, while the list of most popular Retinoids Accutane is headed.

However, about one quarter of patients on isotretinoin, Accutane or other drugs in May and additional treatment relapse underlies used.

But the biggest drawback of retinoids is the long list of side effects, which sometimes makes retinoids look like a disease, not cure.

The most common side effects are dry skin and nosebleeds. Many patients also reported problems with the liver, while a few complained of depression. However, the scientific community remains divided on the issue of depression. More seriously, isotretinoin is known to cause birth defects, the patients must use two forms of birth controlthe vote or abstinence during the treatment. Pregnant women are not allowed to wear anything other than more lenient treatment.

The bottom line is that retinoids a good idea if you can cope with side effects are. This raises the question: why not something as effective but without side effects. Acne treatment systems, pore: http://www.clearpores.com/clicks/clickth ... are also very popular because of its success in the treatment of the disease, but they lack the extreme side that makes retinoids a pain to use. The choice between these treatments is yours.

I am 26 years old and suffers from adult acne for 25 years ...... Counting and the child have a headache.

I have tried Solodyn but for me personally it does not work. But everyone is different.

I use Proactiv and became strong. Definitely not seen a change that people in the economy, yes!

We are both looking for immediate results, but I read that the body has at least 2 weeks to respond to new things. What medicine or things you make on your face or elsewhere. To have patience and see how it goes. If by chance after a month Solodyn seems to work, the dermis. can prescribe something else.
